Niche/Specialties:  Executive, Expat & Life Coach. I have had remarkable success in assisting others. I focus especially on Executives, Expats, Entrepreneurs and their spouses, and their success in reducing stress and strengthening leadership skills while abroad. My clients are successful and I champion people who want to use their skills to create positive sustainable changes in their lives and this world. My purpose is to assist others, and particularly people who are experiencing the challenges of a new culture, a new language or a new country, to release their stress and frustration in order to fully explore and embrace this extraordinary opportunity. I help our clients to uncover and reach their full potential by shifting their core energy and using the answers lying within them.

Expat Experience:  I have lived in France for 30 years and in the US since 2007. My experience with expatriation started many years ago by sharing about culture with my friends, expatriates who always sought assistance and support in overcoming their frustration and their fears. I explored intercultural behaviors and challenges to transition to coaching.

Languages Spoken:  English, French

Life Experience:  I am an accomplished and successful expatriate who began her intercultural coaching business in 2011 to assist those in the process of making major transitions. My background includes 15 years of leadership experience in the international multicultural European and American corporate worlds. I began my career in customer service management and continued to evolve, developing strong executive leadership skills to become a successful manager in the competitive and fast-moving world of sales management.

I found myself at a crossroads in my personal and professional circumstances in 2005. I felt I had outgrown my life and wanted to make a change. I enlisted the coaching services of a Career Transition and Life Coach to help me to assess the situation. With the help of my coach, I was able to determine the changes I wanted to make, create an action plan, and reach a new set of goals.

In 2006, after completing a degree in International Sourcing and Procurement Management, I prepared to move from Europe to the US. The move involved a major transition and evolution of my mindset in order to integrate with the American culture, values and corporate world.

Being an expatriate myself, I thoroughly and deeply understand the challenges faced by those who consider moving from one culture to another. I have made a success of my international coaching practice because I teach others to transform these challenges into leadership opportunities just as I myself have done.

What I Love About Working in This Niche:  I love partnering with people and being witness to their amazing journey. Each of my clients helps me to grow and to remember that we have within us all the resources that we need to make our life a happy success story!

Coaching Style:  Meeting my client where they are by adapting and being flexible to my client’s values and agenda.

Favorite Coaching Tool:  A.I.R, how to transform your inner critic into your best ally!

Why Clients Choose Me As Their Coach:  I attribute my coaching success to a holistic approach that integrates not only the individual and their environment but also inner work to obtain transformational changes. I focus on the critical aspects of helping clients be WHO they are, achieve WHAT they want and IMPLEMENT sustainable changes.

In addition, I am still involved in the corporate world getting new skills and new perspectives, I offer my successful programs and leadership coaching services to executives, expatriates and other clients individually and in groups.
