Niche/Specialties: I offer individual leadership development coaching with an intercultural and global business perspective. Global Executive Coaching goes beyond essential executive coaching to also include key aspects of our current global business environment such as cultural awareness, improved global interaction, global mindset, ethics, personal characteristics and working successfully in a global organisation. I also offer coaching to executives in transition during international assignments, supporting them at the various stages, managing a career path as well as helping them deal with common issues impacting on themselves, their spouses and their families. Coaching can be performed in person, over the phone and over secured online technology (Skype, FaceTime)
Expat Experience: I am originally from Spain, and since I was 18 I have been constantly on the move. As an expat working for a top IT corporation I have lived in Belgium, the US and the UK.

Life Experience: I have been lucky to do what I am passionate about by travelling, living in different countries and meeting wonderful people of very diverse backgrounds. For 20 years, I have worked for a top IT corporation, where I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, across the 5 continents. I have managed teams of up to 50 employees, geographically dispersed and and culturally diverse and have worked with the most qualified people in the industry. I have a wonderful husband who enjoys the love of discovering other cultures and have two very culture-minded children (or pre-teens I should say?) who know how to embrace the best of their host and native traditions. I am passionate about people development and so I am greatly enjoying my job as Global Executive and Expat Coach, as I work with people who are experiencing or about to experience what has been a way of life for me.
Accomplishments: Successful international career, a wonderful culture-minded family and setting up my own Global Executive and Expat coaching practice… and I’m not done yet.
